RRR is still only an hour away from both Austin and San Antonio (see map and detailed directions), now even more inviting during these busy-busy times. We guarantee you loads of FUN! Ask for our free brochure.

Rancho Richey Refuge, Texas’ most uncommon private outdoor recreation site, is a beautiful and interesting place on the Guadalupe River, with varied terrain and easy access 60 miles south of Austin and 60 miles east of San Antonio. The Rancho is ideal for low-impact group camping, day hikes, bird watching, nature study, wildlife photography, canoing, parties, corporate retreats, reunions, and weddings. Your participation assures our work of ecosystem preservation: a portion of your admission fee goes directly to habitat restoration.

Flash! The Texpert Yurt is now available for use in the campground. This Mongolian-inspired plywood tent sleeps four comfortably on a double bed and two single benches. Please inquire about fees.
